Adding team members
Go to Dashboard → Manage Firm, click Add Member. Enter their email and pick a role.
They get an email with a link to join. The invitation expires after 7 days — you can resend or revoke it from the same page.
Roles
Members can screen cases and view results. That's it. They can't change settings, connect integrations, or manage billing.
Admins have full access. They manage the firm's account, integrations, billing, and team roster. At least one admin must remain on the account at all times.
Removing members
Click the remove button next to a team member's name. Their access is revoked immediately.
You can't remove yourself if you're the last admin — promote someone else first.
Seat limits
When all seats are filled, the "Add Member" button is disabled. A banner shows your current capacity. Upgrade your plan to add more seats.
For firms with 10+ attorneys: The Enterprise plan gives you unlimited seats and unlimited queries. Contact us for volume pricing if you need a custom arrangement.
