Browsing the registry
Go to Dashboard → MDL Registry. You'll see every active federal MDL — searchable, filterable, sortable.
Search by name, number, product, or district. Filter by category (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Toxic Exposure, Consumer Products). Sort by pending actions to see the biggest active dockets.
This is the same data the JPML publishes monthly. We just make it actually usable.
What's in an MDL profile
Click into any MDL to see the full picture:
- Pending vs. total actions — 12-month trend chart. Is the docket growing or winding down?
- Resolution rate — what percentage of filed actions have been resolved
- Transferee court — the judge, district, key dates
- Lead counsel — who's running the litigation
- Filing deadline — if one exists, it's highlighted
Products and injuries
Each enriched MDL profile lists the specific products and alleged injuries associated with the litigation. These are what the AI matches your cases against.
If you see "No products identified yet" or "No injuries identified yet" — that MDL hasn't been enriched yet. Our AI agent enriches MDLs monthly after the JPML publishes updated docket data.
Settlement intelligence
For enriched MDLs, you'll see settlement landscape information — estimated ranges, bellwether trial status, and where the litigation stands.
This data comes from public filings and legal news, researched and structured by AI. It's updated regularly but it's informational, not legal advice. Always verify deadlines and amounts against primary sources before acting.
Why this matters: If you match a case to an MDL with 67,000+ pending actions and active settlements, that's a very different conversation than matching to a newly formed MDL with 50 pending actions. The registry gives you the context to prioritize.
