Plans
All plans include the dashboard, the full MDL registry, and integration support (Clio, etc.).
A single matched mass tort case can generate $10K-$50K+ in referral fees. The subscription pays for itself on the first match.
Managing your subscription
Go to Dashboard → Billing, click Payment Settings. This opens your billing portal where you can:
- Update your credit card
- Switch plans
- Cancel
- See upcoming charges
Invoices
Your billing page shows all past invoices — date, amount, status, and a PDF download link. Receipts appear automatically after each payment.
Upgrading
Upgrading gives you more queries and team seats immediately. The price difference is prorated for the rest of your billing cycle.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the higher limits until then. If your team exceeds the new plan's seat limit, you'll need to remove members before it kicks in.
Canceling
Canceling keeps your account active until the end of the billing period. Your data stays — you can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
How query usage works
Your dashboard shows a usage gauge — current count vs. monthly limit. Queries are counted across all sources:
- Cases submitted from the dashboard
- API calls
- Clio auto-screens and sync imports
Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you hit your limit, new submissions are blocked until the reset (or until you upgrade).
